Handcrafted in the Heart of North Idaho
Droch-asal Cheesecake has been baking since 1976 — nearly five decades of perfecting recipes at a kitchen table, surrounded by family, with a love for real food that has never wavered. What started as a labor of love for birthdays and holidays quickly became something neighbors and friends started asking for by name.
Based in Priest River, Idaho, we bake every cheesecake to order using real, quality ingredients — no artificial flavors, no shortcuts. From our Classic New York to our Wild Huckleberry made with locally foraged berries, each flavor carries the same care and craft we've put into every cake for 50 years.
"Droch-asal" is a nod to our family roots — a little bit of old-world spirit in every slice. We believe the best food comes from people who genuinely love what they make, and after all these years, that love hasn't changed one bit.
